- NexGen Ergonomics is proud to be a Nittany tier sponsor of Nittany Motorsports, a college FSAE team at Penn State University. Their Formula Electric SAE program is a member of an international collegiate design series where students design and build a Formula-style race car to compete against other collegiate teams. This car is evaluated during the annual competition at Michigan International Speedway through a series of static and dynamic events.

- NexGen released ErgoImager Pro V5 which includes enhanced reporting and file saving options. ErgoImager Pro has an extensive set of tools and features which can be purchased as separate modules or as a complete system with all modules and options.

- NexGen Ergonomics Inc is pleased to be a Platinum sponsor of the Case Western Reserve University engineering design team that competes in official Baja SAE competitions. The 2023-2024 competition season marks Case Western Reserve University's twenty-third consecutive year of participation in the Baja SAE competition series. Since 2001, the CWRU Motorsports Baja team has been continually innovating to create one of the best cars in the competition.

- HumanCAD 6.3 has been released. An updated Academic Guide has also been released with new exercises. 19 exercises are now included. ErgoTools is required for the Academic Guide.

- NexGen Ergonomics Inc is pleased to be a sponsor of the UCLA Bruin Racing team (Los Angeles, CA, USA) competing in the intercollegiate Baja SAE series competition. The team will design and manufacture a single-seat off-road vehicle.
- HumanCAD Version 6.1 has been released. This release includes faster mannequin creation, correction to the selection of Weight-Height percentiles that affected some mannequin creations, as well as other reported issues.

- Our corporation started in July 1982. NexGen Ergonomics turned 40 in July 2022.

- NexGen Ergonomics releases HumanCAD Version 6. V6 includes a new balance feature, more databases, new clothing appearance options and other updates. In ErgoTools we have added the Hand Strength MAE (Maximum Acceptable Efforts) and AFF (Arm Force Field) methods. Additional databases and ROM data have been added to the Child Module. As well, a new optional Elderly Module has been released.

- NexGen Ergonomics releases HM-Analyzer Version 5. V5 includes the New Ergo-Analyzer module. HM-Analyzer software runs on I2M, APDM and Xsens Awinda inertial sensor systems.

- NexGen releases HumanCAD-MQSW V2.0. HumanCAD-MQSW is NexGen's human modeling solution add-in for SOLIDWORKS that creates a 3D digital human within an assembly document. HumanCAD-MQSW aids in the design of products using SOLIDWORKS by determining what humans of different sizes can reach as well as performing other human factor analysis.

- NexGen releases HM-Analyzer for Xsens MVN systems with initial shipments to customers.

- NexGen releases VATS (Vibration Analysis Tool Set) version 4 which has been completely redesigned. The new VATS V4 includes a new processing module for the revised ISO 2631-5 2018 standard as well as several new features. VATS is available for either hand-arm or whole body analysis. The VATS multi-channel DataLOG supports many other sensors such as FSRs, load cells and more.

- NexGen Ergonomics releases HumanCAD 5.1. The ErgoTools module now interfaces with the latest 3DSSPP version 7.1.3.

- NexGen will be releasing its initial Alpha version of HM-Analyzer V5 in the second quarter. V5 includes the New Ergo-Analyzer module with RULA and OWAS methods. Range of Motion scoring has been added for the AAOS convention. The user can assign their own ranges of motion to score the movement against either ISB or AAOS conventions. Additional export options have also been added.
HM-Analyzer supports I2M, APDM and Xsens Awinda inertial sensors.

- NexGen releases its third Beta of VATS (Vibration Analysis Tool Set) version 4.

- NexGen releases the second Beta of VATS (Vibration Analysis Tool Set) version 4. V4 is a completely redesigned VATS version. Our first version of VATS was released in early 2002. Since then, leading organizations and researchers worldwide have used our solution to not only easily analyze accelerometer data according to various standards but also with the DataLOG to connect multiple accelerometers and other sensors. A new processing module for the revised ISO 2631-5 2018 standard has been added as well as several new features. VATS is available for either hand-arm or whole body analysis.
