Montreal, December 2, 2003 -- NexGen Ergonomics Inc. (NexGen) is pleased to announce the release of the Infiniti technology platform. Infiniti's modular design allows users to use BioGraph Infiniti software to monitor from 2 to 40 channels of high speed signals (2048 kHz) EEG, EMG and EKG as well as signals from SC, TEMP, BVP, Respiration and Voltage sensors, with automatic sensor recognition, automatic EEG impedance checking, FSRs and electrogoniometers, and compact flash memory recording.
The Infiniti platform is flexible and easy-to-use. For existing customers, BioGraph Infiniti software is backward compatible, connecting to the ProComp+ and ProComp2 hardware to offer many new features including live video feedback from a web cam with data acquisition and biofeedback for EEG, EMG, EKG, Respiration, HR/BVP, Temperature and Skin Conductance. The software allows you to load up to 5 feedback screens during a recording or review session, and switch between them, on the fly. There are also a number of new database features and exciting sound options for feedback. The software comes with a choice of channel sets.
Infiniti makes the review of data simple with many timesaving features to reject signal artifacts, generate statistics automatically, and print session and trend reports. For specific data acquisition and biofeedback needs for research and clinical applications, there are developer tools for expert users making the possibilities for this new technology platform infinite.
