NexGen Ergonomics Announces Distribution Agreement with Ascension Technology Corporation

Montreal, December 8, 2003 -- NexGen Ergonomics Inc. (NexGen) is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Ascension Technology Corporation (ATC) for their Flock of Birds, MotionStar and other products. NexGen will focus its sales and marketing efforts in the ergonomics and biomechanics related markets.

The Flock of Birds can be configured to track from one to four sensors simultaneously with one or more RS-232 interfaces to a host computer. Long range coverage is easily added by "clicking in" the Extended Range Transmitter (ERT/ERC). For high speed operations, simply add more RS-232 ports and use the Fast Bird Bus (FBB). Features and benefits include Pulsed DC magnetic technology which is five times less susceptible to distortion caused by nearby metal than AC technology and have 6 degrees-of-freedom which provide for unrestricted range of motion.
